As Florida’s governor, Rick Scott has appointed a number of women to top positions in his administration. He believes is giving women the opportunity to succeed.
He is also a strong advocate for getting women involved in the political process, not just as grassroots volunteers, but in policy and fundraising initiatives.
Florida GOP women are returning the favor, and have held, or are in the process of holding, several fundraising events for his 2014 re-election campaign, which consist of all-female Host Committees.
